Texas Roadhouse Rolls



This is my copy of Texas Roadhouse Rolls! These rolls are incredibly fluffy, buttery, super tender, and topped with cinnamon butter and honey. What do I want to say more?


*Ingredients

Texas Roadhouse Rolls
°4 tsp active dry yeast
°Half a cup of warm water
°½ teaspoon sugar
°1/2 cup evaporated milk, cooled until lukewarm
°3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
°Half a cup of sugar
° 7 cups all-purpose flour up to 8 cups
°2 eggs
°2 teaspoons salt
°22 tablespoons unsalted butter for brushing over finished rolls
°Cinnamon butter and honey
°1 piece of soft unsalted butter
°¼ cup powdered sugar
°Quarter cup of honey
°1 teaspoon cinnamon

Adding yeast, warm water, also sugar to bowl of a stand blender and blend gently. Let it for 10 to 15 min to the yeast dissolves & begins to foam.
Adding milk, butter, sugar, eggs, & salt to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together gently, using the dough hook in a mixer, for about a minute. Add flour 2 or 3 cups at a time and mix.
Adding flour as need % mix  You can using amoj 6 to 8 cups, depending on your. Placing dough in an oiled bowl & cover with damp kitchen towel. Let in warm place to doubled in size.
Spraying 2 baking trays with cook spray.
Pour the dough and turn it over on a floured surface. It is divided into two parts for shaping. I like to roll out the dough so it's about 1/2 inch thick and cut the ends to get a perfect rectangle, then cut into squares or rectangles. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough. You should get about 30 to 35 turns. Place them prepared baking -heet. Let the rolls rise until they double in size.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F .
Baking rolls for 15 to 20 minutes  Directly grease it with melt butter.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the cinnamon honey butter by whisking all the ingredients together.
Serving rolls with cinnamon butter & honey.
