Pecan brownie, nothing is easier to make and absolutely delicious. I remember I discovered the cake in Quebec as the pecan nut we call the pecan nut. We also make delicious cookies with this little nut. However, its origin comes from the United States.

• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
• Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with butter
