Apple dumplings



Easy-to-make prepackaged pastry croissants and brown sugar apples for special occasions are the stars of this two-in-one morning treat.

*Ingredients :

°2 Granny Smith apples, cutting to cubes
°150 ml (2/3 c) brown sugar
°1/2 C (125 ml) sugar
°10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla
°180 ml (12 tsp)  butter, melt and cool
°15 ml (1 tsp) ground-cinnamon
°5 ml (1 tsp) ground ginger
°5 egg
°250 ml (1 c) milk
°1/2 cup (125 ml) Bisquik mix
°6 croissant, cutting to pieces

* Methods

Preheat oven 175°C (350°F). Spraying  33 * 23 cm (13 x 9 in) baking plate with cook spray. Put apart.

In 25 cm (10 inch) skillet, frying apples in sugar to soft & the sugar caramelized. Adding vanilla and mix. Taking off fire.

WHILE apples are cooking, mixing the butter, cinnamon, &; ginger in small bowl.

In  bowl, whisk eggs & milk. Adding Bisquick blend & butter blend & beat with paddle attachment. Adding croissants. Let them soak when the apples are cook.

When the apples are ready, add the apple mixture to the soaked croissants. Stir the mixture. Pour into a baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
