Bacon-Egg & Hashbrown-Casserole



Begin  your day off with this egg casserole plate .You'll have no problem getting everyone out of bed with this dish topped with bacon, mushrooms and a generous helping of cheddar cheese.


*Ingredients :

°4 slices of crustless bread, cut into quarters
°6 eggs
°1 1/2 c (375 ml) milk (1%)
°4 tranches  cook turkey bacon, cube
°½ cup (125 ml) grated light cheddar cheese, divided
°½ C (125 ml) chop mushrooms
°12 cups (125 ml) frozen hash, thawed

* Preparation :

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Spraying 9-inch (23-cm) pot with cook spray. Place the slices of bread in the pan so that they overlap slightly.
Whisk together eggs, milk, bacon, and ½ cup (50 mL) cheese in a large bowl. Add mushrooms. Pour the mixture over the slices of bread. Sprinkle the potatoes and the remaining cheese over the egg mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until lightly browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
