*Chicken-Italian Pasta in Creamy Wine-White



*Italian chicken pasta in parmesan cheese sauce and creamy wine white*

* Ingredients :

° 2 cups rutin
° 1 c. canola-oil
°4 skinless chicken breasts, boneless & cutting to strips
°1 onion chop
° 1 can CondensedCream-Mushroom Soup
°1/3 c milk
° 1 c dried thyme leaves
°3 cups fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
°2 c shredded cheese

* Preparation:

Cook the roti according to package directions, without adding salt. Strain and set aside.
Heat oil on to high heat in  skillet. Fry the chicken until golden brown on all sides, stirring constantly. Remove chicken and set aside.
Put the onions in the pan and saute until soft. Then add the soup, milk and oregano (mixed together). Add the other vegetables and let it boil with constant stirring. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to "low.
Simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through - about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Invert macaroni and cheese. Heat everything well.
