*Ingredients
°2 tablespoons of non-hydrogenated margarine
°2 tablespoons flour
°1 cup milk
°250g Velveta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
°2 cups cooked and drained macaroni
°¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
°6 crushed Ritz biscuits
* Preparation :
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melting butter in size saucepan on medium heat.
Adding flour, stir with whisk, & cooking about 2 min, stir constantly.
Adding milk & cooking mix boils and thick, stir constantly.
Adding velveta, cook about 3 min or to melted, stir constantly.
Adding pasta & mix it little.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish and spray with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed biscuits. cover, cover.
Baking for 20 min or to totally heated through.
