°2 large potatoes for cooking
°1/2 pound bacon
°3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup sour cream
°1/4 cup milk
°2 tbsp. melted unsalted butter
°1 c. 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
°1/2 tsp. salt
°1/2 tsp. pepper
°1/2 tsp.3/4 c cheddar cheese

Preheat oven 400°F. Greased 13" * 9" baking plate .
Prickpotatoe with fork . Bake until tender, about an hour.
While the potatoes are cooking, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. drain and crumble;
After the potatoes are cooked, let them cool for 15 minutes before slicing them in half and removing the pulp with a fork. Put the meat in a bowl and get rid of the crusts. With potato meat, combine 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, chives, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread everything in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon and remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top.
Bake until heated through, about 10-15 minutes. Leave it for 5 minutes before serving.
