Blueberry cookies

Delicious cookies that are light and garnished with soft blueberries that you can enjoy on their own or with whipped cream, 'at tea time of course'! In my house, in general, they do not have time to calm down.

* Ingredients for 4 people :

+For about 12 pieces:
°85gm fresh or frozen blueberries
°1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
°85g butter,
°225g self-raise flour
°85g sugar
°1 egg, beaten

* Preparation :

1 Mix the blueberries with granulated sugar to coat them well. Reservation.
2 Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
3 Pour the flour, butter, cut into pieces, and powdered sugar into a salad bowl. Make a hole in the center and add the beaten egg. Knead with your hands until you get a smooth ball.
Divide it into a dozen balls the size of a large walnut that you will form in your hands. Place it on a baking sheet on a baking sheet. Separate them far enough from each other that they will swell up during cooking.
5 In each ball of dough, form a cavity by pressing with your thumb or the handle of a wooden spoon. Fill up on sweet blueberries.
to end
Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes, the biscuits should be light brown. to calm down.

Enjoy !
