* Ingredients :
°125g bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
°60gm unsweetened chocolate, chopped
°1/2 cup butter, cubed
°1 cup sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 eggs
°180 ml flour
°1/2 cup chopped pecans
°1/4 teaspoon baking powder
°pinch of salt
°30 ml caramel sauce
°1 roll of caramel
* Preparation
Line an 8-inch metal mold with parchment paper, leaving excess on the sides for easy release. For reservations.
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and butter over low heat, stirring. Let it cool a little.
Using a whisk, mix sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a bowl, combine flour, pecan half, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and mix gently until the dough is smooth, no more. Spread the dough into the reserved mould. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce.
Sprinkle with the rest of the pecans, then the caramel treats, then gently press them into the dough without pressing them all over. Sprinkle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
Bake in the center of a preheated cake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Place the mold on a wire rack and let it cool.
Remove the mold from the mold and cut into squares.
Enjoy !
