Delicious Polish pastries with Asian flavors

* Ingredients :

°170 g cream cheese
°240 gm butter
°1 tablespoon sugar
°300 grams of flour
°icing sugar to add flavor to the worktop

°400g of anko (red bean paste)

* Steps :

In a salad bowl, mix soft butter, cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer. Then add the flour and when it is well incorporated, put the preparation in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Roll out the dough on a surface dusted with icing sugar, about 1 cm thick. Cut the squares and put the red bean paste in the middle diagonally. Fold on both ends and place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
We take it out of the oven before the dough begins to turn brown, the kulaki should be soft. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
