NO-BAKE BLUEBERRY

Best blueberry pie because you are nibbling on berries! It doesn't even compare to a baked pie. In addition, it is not very sweet.

*Ingredients

°  1 9-inch pie crust, baked
°  3 cups of blueberries
°  1/2 cup sugar
°  1/2 cup water
°  2 tablespoons cornstarch

In a saucepan, put 1 cup of blueberries. Add sugar and water.

The second step
Mash blueberries, bring to a boil for 1 or 2 minutes, and thicken with cornstarch diluted with water, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Step 3
Cool completely and add 2 cups of blueberries and mix well.

Step 4
Pour into cooked pastries and serve plain or with whipped or soft cream.
