These cookies are a mix between butter cookies, shortbread cookies and coconut cookies. Easy to prepare and good for any occasion, but particularly suitable for the holiday season.

°2 cups of sugar
°2 cups butter, softened
°3 cups all-purpose flour
°1 cup of coconut flakes
°1 C. vanilla extract
°1 C. salt extract
°1/2 tsp. baking-soda
* Methods :
Preheat oven 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Beat sugar and butter in a bowl, until creamy. Stirring in flour, coconut, vanilla, salt also baking soda; blend to dough is uniform. Place spoonfuls on baking sheets.
