Chicken-Chow-Mein with great Chow-Mein-Sauce



* Ingredients :

°1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
°3 small spoons of oil
° 12 oz chow mein noodles (uncooked)
°2 cups of cabbage
° 1 large, spotted carrot
° 1/2 batch of green onions
°2 garlic cloves
°chow mein sauce
° 6 tablespoons of oyster sauce
° 3 tsp soy sauce
° 3 tablespoons light sesame oil (not roasted)
° 1/2 cup chicken broth
° 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

* Techniques :

In  bowl, use a beat to mixing oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth, & cornstarch. Put apart .
Cooking noodles accorde to pack methods, & drain, rinse with cold water, also set apart .
Heat  fry pan with olive oil on heat. Cutting chicken breasts to slices also cooking in oil to golden brown.
Add ing carrots, cabbage & garlic and saute about a minutes until vegetables soften a little and the cabbage is  transparent.
Returning chicken & noodles to skillet. Pour sauce on top and keep to cook all ingredients for other 2 min.
Garnished chow mein with chop green onions also serving noodles straight to pan, warm!
